Imagine yourself for
a minute, roaming the French countryside, chasing a sunset along a narrow gravel road weaving through the vineyards of Champagne
and Burgundy. Radio blasting, laughing, until we find just the right spot. A small group of dedicated artists fall out of
the vehicle, set up their art supplies and begin to create.
The French landscape serves up
a palette of color like no other place on earth. Django, crazy French radio, chansons, rock and roll, blues and the occasional
symphony help to inspire a whirling dervish desire to invent en pleine aire. Silence too. Air, sky, birds,
charcoal, pastels, graphite. Listen.
